  • When I was on my way to see Marta, I was thinking that I don’t really trust — not even the cards themselves, but the people who usually hold them. Plus, it was my first time, so I was a bit nervous about what she might tell me. But once I sat down at her table, she immediately found the right words to calm me down and explain the energy behind it all. When she laid out the cards, her words really struck me — she spoke about things I’d been thinking about lately and helped me see clearly what I’d been doubting. It gave me a lot of confidence, and I’m really grateful for the experience. On top of that, her energy was so calming and pleasant. She was incredibly easy to work with — communication was clear and effortless from start to finish.   • So I went for an Integrative Energy Therapy session with Martha. I didn't know what it was all about and she explained it to me. (A form of complementary and alternative medicine based on the belief that a vital energy flows through the human body. The goal of energy therapy is to balance the energy flow in the patient). So as the explanation implies, It's about energy. There are different pressure points on your body that relate to different issues. E.g.anger or fear. They release the energy and then bring in the light of the angels to fill the space with love and light. When I did my session, she started from my head, then came down to my neck, then my Shoulders and gradually down my body to my feet. Marta was very professional. she explained before what IET was all about and while she was doing it she explained to me. As she was about to touch me she would say "OK I'm gonna touch your head and this is for so-and-so" etc etc etc. I felt so elated at the end you know like you're filled right up. There was a point in time when she came down to my stomach. I started yawning and yawning and yawning. She said that could possibly be as a result of your body trying to release something. Every part of the stomach she touched from the left side to the right side...every time she touched an area...I would yawn. One of the issues she found was fear. I was holding onto fear in my body and it was causing problems. So she released it. At one time when the singing bowl music started its like the Sky Open up and i was being transported up in some type of triangle rings running up and down (for Trekkies...it's like the beam of light when captain Kirk said "Beam me up Scotty")  And when I look around,The sky outside is so blue and Beautiful. Just feel myself flying through the sky. Then another time, I started feeling cold. I was trembling inside. I don't know what it was but whatever she was releasing...at the end....I felt calm inside. Marta also pulled various oracle cards and they came up with the same issues that she had just found during IET. E.g. fear. This is so great that different modalities all say the same thing. Now...I feel so light and good inside. Side note: I had to go to work tonight and I was saying to the angels that I wish I didn't have to go to work. Guess what? My client called and cancelled Thank you martha for your healing energy work thank you and thank you.

  • The space where our session was held was very peaceful and calming, which allowed me to relax and open myself up to everything IET had to offer. Being my first experience with this type of therapy, Marta provided a walk through of her process. This opened the door for any questions I had before we started, which was the reassurance I needed before we began.  Our session was much more powerful than I thought I would experience. As she worked through areas of my body, not only was I feeling the transference of energy thermally, I was having chromatic visions. This was validated by her post session, as I was unsure what I was experiencing at the time it was happening. I reached an incredibly medative state by the hands of Marta, which I've never reached before.  When our IET session was completed, she very gently grounded me back to the room and eased me back into time. With a post session tea awaiting me, I was able to get a sense of how my mind and body were responding. There was physical lightness and an emotional release that followed as I eased back into myself. She wrapped up with an understanding of the meaning behind my experience with her, which only gave me further clarity and validation to Martas' IET session.  The days following, the only word that comes to mind is renewal. Not only was I thinking with a clearer mind, but I was also able to validate myself within my own experiences. It was an energetically fueled confidence boost I didn't know I needed until it happened. For anyone with a curious mind as to what IET could offer, I would say look no further than trying your experience with Marta

  • I attended an Integrated Energy Session with Marta in order to work through some issues/internal blocks and gain some inner balance and peace. I had some deep rooted trauma and anxiety issues that I needed to overcome, and wanted to work on my overall well-being. Going into the session I did not know what to expect, as this was my first time. However, Marta was so patient and thorough in explaining each step of the process, and she addressed all of my questions at the outset. During the session I felt calm and safe in her care. Afterwards, I felt as though a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. I left the session feeling truly free and light – I released much of the angst and frustration that I had carried with me into the session. I would highly recommend energy therapy for anyone looking to work on their well-being and reduce stress and anxiety. Marta is a fantastic energy therapist and I look forward to my next session with her!

  • I went to see Marta for integrative healing and reiki therapy. Her approach to connecting with her clients, and truly understanding their emotions, is magical. I left our session feeling like I came out of a somatic yoga class, deep tissue massage and therapy session all in one. Marta is highly intuitive, compassionate and wholly empathetic. She works with you to gain a better understanding of the mind-body connection and releases both physical and emotional aches. Working with Marta, I was able to acknowledge, understand and release pent up emotions I was holding on to without judgement.   • I had quite a sensationally relaxing experience. The breakdown of the process and its findings was quite enlightening and interesting. I find some of the breakdowns to be rather accurate concerning parts of my personality and how I choose to navigate through life. It deciphered elements of myself based on energies stored in organs of my anatomy such as my heart, my abdomen, my kidneys etc. It was an overall insightful experience that I believe one should perform at least one time.   • I did one reiki session with Marta (it was my first time ever doing something of this nature!) and she made me feel very safe, calm, and take care of. I had an insightful and interesting ride, and loved the tarot reading at the end.
